Robtek - Deal Announcement

New Seasons Investment Management, a majority black owned private equity fund manager, recently concluded its first investment under New Seasons Investment Fund II (“Fund II”). Fund II, being the third fund under management, was launched in September 2025. The Fund is targeting medium sized industrial and mining service companies based in South Africa. The Fund’s first investment, Robtek, is a niche onsite mechanical services company. Founded in 1984, the company provides b
