An open ended black managed private equity investment fund
New Seasons Investment Fund is an open-ended 51% black managed company
New Seasons Investment Fund was launched following an effective merger in October 2018 between the two respected private equity companies – New Seasons Investment Holdings and Nodus Equity.
New Seasons Investment Holdings (Pty) Ltd was established in 1995 by Ashley Mabogoane and his fellow founder members, Peter Vundla, Adv. Kgomotso Moroka, the late Jabu Mabuza and the late Dr Enos Mabuza.
Nodus Equity was originally formed as an investment vehicle to house proprietary Nodus Group investments
Early in 2010, Nodus formalised its involvement in private equity, by launching a private equity investment vehicle and setting up Nodus Investment Managers to manage the private equity investments.
Nodus Equity was formally launched as an open-ended private equity company on 30 September 2010. Dealflow was stimulated by a strategic link to an established corporate finance advisory firm, Nodus Capital, as well as New Seasons Investment Holdings.
The managing partner before the merger was Pieter Rörich, supported by David André, Johan le Roux, Gary Bryce-Borthwick, Anthony Sher and other professional staff.
